The school management of University of Calabar (UNICAL) has announced the resumption date for the 2016/2017 academic session as approved by the senate of the institution.
According to the Senate of the institution after a meeting held yesterday, resumption date for 2016/2017 academic session is January 3rd, 2017.
Academic activities are expected to commence immediately
Students are therefore advised to take note of this date and strictly adhere to it.
The rationale behind the non adoption of the earlier proposed 2nd of Dec. was to save students the cost of traveling back for Xmas and new year celebration
